banana muffins

Ingredients

• 200g all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 3 bananas
• 75g butter
• 110g sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• dash of cinnamon

Method

1. 1.Mix the bananas and put it on the side
2. 2.Mix the sugar and the melt butter together
3. 3.Add to the sugar and the butter, the bananas and the eggs
4. 4.Mix everything together
5. 5.Add the flour, salt and baking powder
6. 6.Turn on the oven at 180 Celsius degrees and wait 10min before to put the cake inside
7. 7.Cook it for 25 minutes if you do individual small cake or 50 minutes if you do one cake in a mold You can also add a pinch of cinnamon in the mix!
